Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Lead43 ("Lead43," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Dylan Bond, a sole proprietorship registered in Alberta, Canada, provides TrustMint, a review request automation service for home service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with TrustMint's SMS messaging service.

1. Information We Collect

When you use a service provided by one of our business clients, that business may share the following information with us on your behalf:

  • Your name
  • Your mobile phone number
  • Details related to the service you received (e.g. service date, service type)

We do not collect this information directly from you unless you interact with our systems directly (for example, by replying to a text message).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above solely to:

  • Send you a text message on behalf of the business you received service from, requesting that you leave an online review
  • Process opt-out requests (e.g. replies of "STOP")
  • Respond to help requests (e.g. replies of "HELP")
  • Maintain records of consent and message delivery for compliance purposes

We do not use your phone number or personal information for any marketing or promotional purposes unrelated to the review request described above.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information with:

  • The business client on whose behalf the message was sent, so they can see whether you responded or opted out
  • Our SMS/messaging infrastructure providers (e.g. telecommunications carriers and messaging platform providers), solely for the purpose of delivering the message
  • Service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g. hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lead43, our clients, or others.

4. Message Frequency and Charges

You will typically receive one (1) text message per completed service, requesting a review. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive. Once you opt out, you will not receive further messages from us on behalf of that business, except a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

6. Data Retention

We retain phone numbers and associated consent records for as long as necessary to comply with applicable telecommunications regulations and to maintain accurate opt-out records. We do not retain this information longer than necessary for these purposes.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
