1. Description of Service

TrustMint sends automated text messages to customers of Business Clients following a completed service, requesting that the customer leave an online review of the Business Client. Messages are sent under the TrustMint product name, operated by Lead43.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number to a Business Client at the time of booking or service completion, you consent to receive one (1) text message per completed service from TrustMint on behalf of that Business Client, requesting a review.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from the Business Client.

3. Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency varies based on how often you use services from a participating Business Client, but is generally limited to one message per completed service. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Lead43 does not charge you directly for these messages.

4. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive further messages from us on behalf of that Business Client.

You may reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly using the information in Section 9.

5. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier or device.

6. Eligibility

This service is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By providing your phone number, you represent that you meet this requirement.

7. Accuracy of Information

We rely on the Business Client to provide accurate phone number information. If you receive a message in error or believe your number was provided without proper consent, please contact us immediately using the information in Section 9.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead43 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this messaging service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued receipt of messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
